Naoto Fukasawa is a Japanese industrial designer born in Yamanashi in 1956, founder of his Tokyo-based studio in 2003 and design advisor for MUJI. His work is associated with the philosophy of "super normal" design, focused on intuitive, anonymous-feeling objects integrated into daily life.
He has collaborated with Artemide, B&B Italia, Magis, Vitra, Driade and Plank, and won multiple international awards including the Compasso d'Oro and the Mainichi Design Award.
