About Knoll
Knoll
5 3D ModelsKnoll is the American furniture company founded in 1938 in New York by Hans Knoll and recognised as a defining force of mid-century modernism. Under the direction of Florence Knoll, the brand brought to production iconic pieces by Mies van der Rohe (Barcelona Chair, MR Chair), Marcel Breuer, Eero Saarinen (Tulip, Womb), Harry Bertoia (Diamond Chair) and Frank Gehry.
Knoll holds the official rights to the Mies van der Rohe and Marcel Breuer design archives and produces both the historical reissues and contemporary collections by Bouroullec, Barber Osgerby, David Adjaye and others. Knoll pieces are in the permanent collections of MoMA, the V&A and the Vitra Design Museum.
The 3D Model Unity catalog of Knoll includes high-precision NURBS 3D models for Rhinoceros 3D — chairs, sofas and tables — covering both the I Maestri historical reissues and contemporary collections. Suitable for residential archviz, contract interior CGI and twentieth-century design visualization.
