BIG — Bjarke Ingels Group is a Danish architecture, design and urbanism studio founded by Bjarke Ingels (born in Copenhagen in 1974) in 2005. The practice has offices in Copenhagen, New York, London, Barcelona and Shenzhen and has shaped contemporary architecture with projects including 8 House in Copenhagen, VIA 57 West in New York and CopenHill.For Artemide BIG designed the Ripple suspension lamp, a sculptural fixture defined by overlapping concentric forms.
