Eero Aarnio
Eero Aarnio is a Finnish designer born in Helsinki in 1932, founder of his independent studio in 1962. He pioneered the use of plastics in furniture in the 1960s with the Ball Chair (1963), the Pastil (1967) and the Bubble Chair (1968) — pieces now in the permanent collections of MoMA New York and the Vitra Design Museum.
For Magis Me Too he designed the Trioli children's chair, a rotational-moulded multi-position seat. The 3D Model Unity catalog includes high-precision NURBS 3D models of Eero Aarnio pieces for Magis, available for Rhinoceros 3D.
